Dear TI Team,
I looking for calculation of worst case voltage deviation of TL431B-q1 in the temperature range 10°C to 50°C. Full temperature range shows 34mV max deviation.
Thanks!

Hi KC, Thanks for your question!
Voltage deviation of TL431B-q1 in the temperature range 10°C to 50°C should be less than max deviation. I just want to check why you are not considering 34 mV as it worse case?
If you need more accurate estimate, maybe this graph also helps you to see how voltage changes over temp.
Hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Sila
Thank you for your response, basically our sub-circuit will be active only in this range of temperature that's why we need to consider it. However, the graph doesn't match with the data in the specification which is ± 34 mV, since the max deviation values are very critical in our calculation we need to apply accurate values. it could be that the deviation in Vref = 2495 mV is ± 4 mV maybe ?
Hi KC,
I would expect the typ deviation of reference voltage value, which is Vref = 2495 mV is ± 14 mV.
Best,
Sila
