Bottom: 12H

Can you verify the lot traceability with this information?

Which documentation says "2106"?

The correct marking is:

Top: L03A

Bottom : YML

YM = YEAR MONTH DATE CODE

L = LAST DIGIT IN ASSY CODE

Do you have the shipping label?

I have not seen such a shipping label before. TI's shipping label has details like CSO, ASO.
