we do not provide LTspice and TINA-TI spice models for our devices.

Hi Jebastin,

unencrypted files can only be shared to customers with an active NDA. If that is the case, please contact your sales or field engineer, the files can then be shared via email.

The encrypted models for the module version are currently in development, only files for the discrete version are available in the link I shared before.
