TPS548A20: Soft-start Time

One of my customers has a question about the TPS548A20. The design checklist shows 120us soft-start time, however, the SPICE simulation suggests a 4ms startup time.

Is there method in we are missing for calculating the actual soft-start time in the datasheet?

Hi Abigail,

For the TPS548A20, the soft start is internal and fixed at 4 ms. The 120 us on the design checklist is referring to the ramp of RC time constant.
