Hi Benjamin,

I do not have an IBIS model for any of our isolated gate drivers. Might I ask what simulator you are using? I can try to see if this is something we can look into providing.

Right now, we promote PSPICE-for-TI as the preferred simulation tool.

I am not familiar with that program. What do the simulation results look like? What gate driver parameters are the most relevant?
