Hi Team,

Can LM5156-Q1 achieve the I/O condition? I tried to use excel file and webench, but the result shows the condition would be unstable.

    Hi Roy,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    A Vin/Vout ratio of 10 is too high for a normal boost controller. In flyback topology, the Vin/Vout ratio would be easy to achieve, however, the power of 120W is close to the maximum where a flyback normally is used.

    Another possibility would be to use 2 boost stages connected in series.
