I want a single charging chip with USB and wireless charging capability together. Is there such a chip available? The wireless charging chip needs to be WPC 1.2 compliant.

Take a look at BQ51013B.

This device is WPC 1.2 and has support for USB also.

The BQ500212A and BQ5000A + BQ500511A are transmitters to look at. The current WPC standard is WPC 2.0 and the transmitters are designed to WPC 1.2. They are NRND but still available.

The BQ51025 is receiver only.

Do not have a transmitter and receiver.
