HD3SS3220: TX/RX pins swapping

Hi,
We have done swapping of TX and RX differential pins in output of MUX towards USB- typeC connector as shown in below figure.

Will it work, even if I swap the pins or CC logic need to be changed?

    Hi,

    You will need to swap the CC1 and CC2 pin connections between the HD3SS3220 and the USB-C connector. Our device uses the CC1/CC2 lines to determine which orientation the Type-C cable is in. Since you are essentially swapping the orientation (TX1/RX1 <--> TX2/RX2) you will need to swap CC1 and CC2 as well.
