Dear autohorized,

We have some problem about the BQ76952EVM module. When we connetced the PC, it doesn't work. And also we checked the Module, there are short circuit on the U10, 3.3V between GND. Also we can not connect the external i2c line with our microprocessor.

    Hello Tayyar,

    Can you share the steps you did? Also, to clarify, are you saying once you tried to connect the external microprocessor to the EVM module, it shorted U10?

    As mentioned in the datasheet and technical reference manual below, the BQ76952 will initially power up by default in I2C mode if it has not been OTP programmed.

    Section 14.3 SPI Communications in the BQ76952 Datasheet and/or Section 9.3 SPI Communications Interface in the BQ76952 Technical Reference Manual explains how to setup the device to work with SPI and overall, more information regarding it with our part.
