Tool/software:
I'm qualifying ICs and as a part of preliminary risk assessment I'm looking for any information about fabrication process. TI releases PCNs, and sometimes there is a such information. But in case of TPS259830ONRGE, I didn't find any PCN, yet. Fab process reliability data in TI's database mentions generic process "Power BiCMOS". So, there are two questions:
1. Is it possible to reveal what process is used to fabricate TPS259830ONRGE? I can only assume that it could be LBC7, LBC8 or LBC9.
2. Is there any way to obtain this information without already having a PCN?
