LM285-2.5: Need Clarification on voltage tolerance of LM285D-2-5

In the datasheet of LM285D-2-5 there are two values given for voltage tolerance. Need to know whether 1.5% or 3% Initial Voltage tolerance is for LM285D-2-5.
