UCC21710-Q1: distortion in input pulse while performing dpt

Tool/software:

hello, I am using ucc21710 gate driver ic  to perform dpt test for my sic mosfet . but when i apply my dc voltage(100v) and provide the two pulse for the test. the input from my c2000 microprocessor gets distorted and even reach upto 10v. attached are the images. channel 2 shows the output from microcontroller getting severely distorted.
