Hello team,
My customer is using this device for charging 6 cell NiMH battery.
However, sometimes fault is detected and BQ25172 stops charging the battery. (1Hz blinking on STAT pin)
On the datasheet 7.4.4, it lists nonrecoverable fault.
Question 1
In what condition would ISET pin short to GND? It is only connected to resistor to GND.
Question 2
In what condition, BAT OCP happen beside ISET pin short? Would it be Battery short failure?
