I have a few questions about the TO-220 package.
Please see attached.
1) 1, 2, 3 in red square are described as ranges, but also TYP word is described. Are these dimensions actually Min-Max and not TYP?
Is there a possibility that the device deviated from this range is shipped?
The customer needs accurate information about dimensions when designing lead insertion holes.
2) Could you please provide an application note on mounting conditions for TO-220?
(Lead insertion holes size, Footprint, Soldering temperature conditions, etc.)
