Tool/software:
For the design of buck converter from 24V to 5V, we just used LM25419. And we designed it for 8 Amps with 5mE sense resistor. But just after 0.5 Amps, the voltage starts dropping as a sawtooth wave even current too. I understand it might enter into the protection mode. Wee thought of removing the sense resistor and adding o ohm resistor to get over the problem of current sense trip. We did too. After that, the converter stage was able to work till 1 Amps after that the voltage started reducing in steady state (straight line) to lower voltages such as 4.5V, 4V and so on when increasing the load. After turning on and turning off the converter stage itself stopped working. Vcc and VDDA is giving 0.46V. This happened two times in two boards. Solution is needed.
