TPS552892EVM: No output voltage is received

Tool/software:

Hi,
I am trying to use the EVB without I2C.

I put the jumpers according to the attached picture.
Vin=12V limit current=1A
Rload=100OHM

I can't get voltage at the output of the circuit.

Do i have to connect the EVB to your GUI  at the first time?

If not, what could be the problem, and how can it be solved.
