We are struggling to make a new converter design work using the TPS40345. The issue is that the converter does not start up at power-up. After many tests, we succeeded by first shorting the EN/SS signal to GND and then releasing it. However, according to the datasheet, the EN/SS pin can be left floating or the SS timing can be set with a capacitor, which is the option we are implementing.
Any tips on how can we resolve this issue?
