Thanks for your response.

Correct me if i'm wrong, Quiescent is something like current drawn by IC during no load condition right, but i'm looking for current that is consumed by IC alone during loading condition (Vin= 6V to 18V, Iload= 20A).

Hi Ramana,

Iq is the current required by IC for its normal operation. Since LM74720-Q1 is a gate driver, the current flows through the external MOSFET and its gate driver has no affect. Which means the Iq is independent of the load current.
