Hi Nithin,
As long as the pin voltage is not out of spec, there'll be no problem

As per the statement given in datasheet "TPS61021A limits the valley switch current to approximate 100 mA when the FB pin voltage is below 0.2 V ".
So if the Feedback pin is left open will this condition get satisfied and valley switching current gets limited?
As shown in the image if feedforward capacitor(C3) is connected to feedback pin and feedback resistors (R1 and R2) are not mounted what will be the voltage across feedback pin?
What will be the output voltage?
Will 2A load current is supported?
Hi Nithin,
The FB pin has quiescent current so the final fb pin voltage will be 0. Vout will be 4.35V.
2A will not be supported with this fb floating condition.

Travis
Hi Nithin,
The inductor current will be limited to 100mA. The output current will depends on Vin and Vout.
