Yes, UCC21520 is capable of driving a 600V HV MOSFET.

I recommend to look into the new generation refresh of this product: UCC21550

UCC21550 is a refresh of UCC21520 with improved robustness and better cost structure.

Hi Hiroki, thanks a lot for your answer. UCC215220 has two outputs, can each output be able to drive 3 paralleled 650V MOS (part number IPW60R037P7)? If not, can UCC21550 or other devices can make it? Appreciate!

Hi Woney,

Yes, both drivers will be able to drive 3 MOSFETs in parallel. However this depends on a number of factors.

Here is a calculator you can use to check this with the customer's system: 7725.Gate Driver Max Frequency Calculator.xlsx

As long as the frequency is within the max frequency, there should be no issues.
