    Hello Stel,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. Can you please share the application details. How much current does the FET need to conduct and what is the maximum Vds it has to block. IDss of 1nA at 3V Vds is going to be very difficult to meet. TI tests IDss at 80% max Vds & 25°C in production. We can only guarantee what is specified in the FET datasheet and tested in production. If the current requirements are relatively low, then something like the CSD15380F3, 20V NFET in F3 FemtoFET package or the CSD13380F3, 12V NFET in the same package might work. Please take a look and share as much information about your application requirements as you can. This will help determine if TI has a solution.
