Tool/software:

Hi team, 

TPS25981 is 2mm*2mm package, the Rja is 49.7. 

But for TPS259260, it is 3mm*3mm, the Rja is 45.9. 

TPS259260 has larger package so the thermal resistance should be lower, correct? But the fact is they are similar. Why?
