Tool/software:
CV control does not work when the battery is not connected
There are no CC or CV problems when connected to a 3.6V 10A battery.
If the battery is not connected, the CV voltage is 3.016 and cannot be controlled.
When the battery is connected, CV control is normal when charging at 3.6V 10A.
