We use the LM3478MMX/NOPB for the buck circuit from 12VDC to 58VDC, and power provide to POE PSE TPS23681PWR, and this circuit is abnormal;

Plesae help to review our schematic diagram and advise if there are any error:

A similar request was opened two days ago. The schematic attachment is the same, so I assume it is the identical case.
