In the TPS7A94 datasheet, the solder paste example shows that solder paste covers two thermal vias.
(The blue arrows point what I see)
Is it necessary for accurate operation? Is it need that the vias filled by solder?

There is no absolute need to cover the thermal vias with solder paste, and it will not effect the accuracy of the device if you choose to not cover them. However, for optimum thermal performance, I would recommend that the solder paste cover as much thermal pad area as possible. Thanks!
