TPS1641: Iocp=5A

Tool/software:

is Iocp=5A doable for TPS16411 (duration 20-40ms)? Following the datasheet Riocp is min 6.34KOhm, but should be 2.4KOhm to get 5A. 

Blanking time 40ms should be doable with 74nF, right? 

The question is, can TPS16411 do the job?
power limiting to 43W (24V*1.8A) with a peak current of 5A for 20-40ms 

Or would TPS2421 be better, although the abs max voltage is 25V?
