Hello,

I want to know what is the current out limit of this DCDC converter operating from 3V up to 18V.

Will it withstand 250mA current out? 

In Datasheet I see that GND plane should be kept out of certain zones under the chip, could you please point me which ones?

    Hi Cant,

    When Vin = 3V, Vout = 18V, frequency = 1.6MHz, and suppose the inductor is 6.2μH, then the Max Iout is around 280mA, a little higher than 250mA.

    If two-layer board is used and suppose the device is on the top layer, then it's better to keep the bottom-layer GND plane out of the zones under the top-layer SW plane.
