Is this part or other LED drivers can take the direct PWM control input to be 500Khz? Other parameters, I(max) = 5A, and Vout >4V

    Hello jb yang, Are you talking about the switching frequency or PWM frequency?  500kHz is not possible.  Common PWM frequency range from 200 Hz to 1,000Hz in the automotive industry.  These devices are specifically tailored for these applications.
