Q2. Typically, users follow the TI Webench simulation results for the component values connected to the COMP pin. Are there any separate guides or instructions that users should follow to determine COMP pin connection values?

Q3. What problems can occur if the COMP pin connection values are incorrect?

Hello JH,

Q1+Q2) A detailed description including all calculations are described in the datasheet 8.2 Typical Applications

Q3) Incorrect configuration may lead to unstable behavior, for example it may cause issues during load transients.

I recommend considering the newer device TPS62873 for any new designs.
