BQ41Z50: Why bqsudio can not connect to the device?

Please navigate to Advanced Comm tab and read from 0x0D. If returned value is more than 100, device is in ROM mode. If in ROM, please navigate to Firmware tab and flash your device with the FW from ti.com. See Users Guide manual. https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluud32/sluud32.pdf

If you cannot communicate, device might be in shutdown. Please press the wake button to wake the gauge.
