BQ25890: The charging current is too low

Tool/software:

Dear TI Engineer,

We used BQ25890 on one of our products, but found that the charging current was very small to only 0.475A. The adapter output power can reach to 40W.

The schematic is as below:

Can you help to review is there any problem with the schematic and analyze the cause of the problem?
