TPS51200: about the Power-Down Sequencing Requirements of TPS51200DRCR

I have been reviewing the datasheet of the TPS51200DRCR,

and I would like to inquire about the specific power-down sequencing requirements necessary when power down the TPS51200DRCR.

If 3.3VIN 、VLDOIN and REFIN are powered down simultaneously,is there any problem?

Will the TPS51200DRCR  be damaged?

Typical Timing is that the VLDOIN and REFIN are powered down firstly,and then 3.3VIN is powered down in the datasheet.
