In a specific motor drive related automotive application, I need back-to-back MoSFET to prevent back EMF when battery supply to the drive is disconnected. Please see the figure below.
I am planning to use N-channel MoSFETs to realize this. I need a suitable high side driver to control these switches. The motor is rated for 12V.I have found the part LM74502H-Q1 and needs confirmation if this supports the purpose. Or else can you please support in selecting a suitable driver for the N channel mosfets connected back to back.
