TPSF12C3: Durability of TPSF12C3

Hi,

Q1. The TPSF12C3 white paper describes the benefits of using AEF. It says that costs are reduced by 40%, but is this the price of the filter + TPSF12C3?

Q2. The TPSF12C3 requires VDD (8 to 16V). When used as an ACDC filter, where is this VDD usually supplied from?

Q3. The TPSF12C3 detects common mode EMI in the range of 100k to 3MHz, and injects a waveform with the opposite phase to the noise waveform as a noise cancellation current into the power line to cancel out the noise, thereby eliminating EMI. If the phase of this cancellation current becomes misaligned, are there any concerns that the noise will be amplified due to the phase shift?

Q4. ACDC filters require lightning surge testing, and I am worried that this IC will be damaged by the surge test. I understand that the TPSF12C3 complies with IEC 61000-4-5, but can you disclose the test data from lightning surge tests and information on durability?

Thanks,

Conor
