LM66100: LM66100DCKR Max Output Voltage

Part Number: LM66100

Tool/software:

Hello,

In our design, we would like to use the LM66100DCKR. However, it seems the max Vout voltage for this component is 6V.

In our design, the voltage on the output net can reach 7V, but this is not the conducting voltage of the part. Vin voltage sits around 3V, and output voltage may reach upwards of 7V, reverse biasing the LM66100.

I want to confirm that even in this operating scenario, where the LM66100 is not conducting and just resisting 7V, we would still exceed the capabilities of this component and destroy it.

Thanks
