TLC69610: TLC69610 + TLC69614 , LED Backlight one row out of every four has higher brightness

As shown in the diagram, one row out of every four has higher brightness. Is there a way to improve this?
Development kit : LAUNCHXL-F280039C  + sample Code (tlc696x1_f28003x)

device chain :TLC69610 x1 + TLC69614 x17

Development kit connection:

In the system_info.h of the sample code, modify the define as following:

#define ANIMATION                                   FALSE
#define CASCADED_UNITS_CCSI1          18

main.c will use LED_simple_test() for display.
