TPS54202: tps54202 schematic and layout revision

Thank you for your update. Glad to see that the issue is gone.

But the TPS54202 should be able to enable when EN floating. You can probe on EN pin and check the voltage, see if it is >1.21V . And check is there any chance it's pulled down by some other circuit on the board? You can also replace a new device and see if it works.

Can you please share the PCB file instead of gerber file?

Sorry that it's hard to recognize the components in the gerber file. But anyway, pcb layout might not be reason for this phenomenon. You can add the layout image if you want me to check.

The TPS54202 should be able to enable when EN floating. How many test board do you have and does that happen on all boards?

thanks again for your support, i append the photo of the board.

this is the part regarding the regulator. The black silk makes hard to see copper under it..

This is happening on two boards, i have only 2 to test unfortunately. As i say i solver adding a voltage divider to pull up the en pin.
