Tool/software:
I am operating the TPS272C45 in "Latch Off" mode (LATCH is high). After an over-current shutdown, how do I exit Fault Mode and return to Off, Diagnostic, or Active mode?
I've tried pulsing LATCH low for at least 50ms. That didn't work. So, I tried all sorts of combinations of ENx, DIA_EN, SEL, and LATCH to no avail.
I've only been able to clear the fault if I power cycle the system.
I must be missing something. Any ideas?
