Dear Specialists,
My customer is considering LMR51440 and LMR51430.
They have a question about the Vf of low side FET and rise/fall time of the FET.
I would be grateful if you could advise.
---
(1) In order to calculate switching losses, it is necessary to take into account the forward voltage of the body diode for the low-side FET.
It is not mentioned in the data sheet, could you provide.
(2)Also, could you please let me know rise/fall time of the high/low side of the FET.
(3) By the way, according to the application note(SLVA390A), it is not described about Vf of the body diode and rise time and fall time FET.
Does this mean that (1) and (2) do not have a significant impact on calculating DC/DC converter losses?
