I use the LMZ12003 to be the power board for FPGA
it's short between Vin & Vout, when apply the 6 v to the VIn of LMZ12003 when no load,
does it need a Dummy load in back of the LMZ12003? thanks

Could you explain about “it's short between Vin & Vout”? And please check your footprint from pin1-7 is correct. Thanks.
