My customer is using UCC23313, with 3.55mm height, customer prefer a new one with 2.4mm height, P2P will be better, could you help to recommend? thanks.
We do not have a P2P option that has a lower height. The TLP5754 is a P2P competitor with a 2.1 mm height, but the other common competitors (ACPL-W343 and NSI6801) have the same height as UCC23313 and UCC23525 (new).
Most of our other gate drivers from TI are in package types which have a 2.3mm height, such as the UCC5350 or the UCC21551 (dual channel). Is it possible for your customer to consider an alternative package type?
