Hello, I am having a problem with reading the SOC and SOH. I have implemented the values for all the important registers, and all values are correct for the battery I am using. However, when I read the SOC and SOH values, they are always at 0%, even though the battery is not discharged. I already activated IT_ENABLE, and does't work either. Do I need to set a specific register in order for these parameters to work? Is there a step-by-step guide? Thanks!
