Hello,

what is the max. positive VGS (or VGD if the SS pin is free) the part can withstand? I don't want to add extra parts to clip the gate voltage beacause of limited space.

    Hello Frank,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The CSD75207W15 includes single-ended ESD protection diode for each gate. If the gate voltage is higher than the source voltage by a junction drop the diode will conduct and clamp the gate-source voltage to a diode drop. You may want to consider adding gate resistors to limit the current in the ESD diode. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
