Tool/software:
I am confused by the wording in the BQ76952 TRM in section 5.2.3.2.1 "PRECHARGE Mode"
I am using Samsung 50s cells which should precharge between 1.0V and 3.0V. Below 1.0V the cells should not be charged again.
I am going to set Precharge Start Voltage to 3.0V so that any cell below this value will force the BMS to use the precharge FET.
Does Precharge Stop Voltage mean the voltage at which the BMS will not charge the cells at all? In this case the value of 1.0V.
Or does it mean the voltage at which the BMS will switch back to using the regular charge FET. In this case the value should be 3.0V also.
