BQ25731: Solution Suggestion

Tool/software:

Hi expert,

Customer is looking for charger with below requirements;

1. input voltage: 12-16V

2. 3cell battery, 12.45Vmax, 5A CC max 

3. need I2C

4. need status output to tell charging status/faults

Would you please advise a solution?
