TPS2595: TPS259541 OVP Didn't Trigger

Tool/software:

Hi expert,

Customer set the OV threshold to 14V but still didn't trigger OVP until 15V. 

Would you please have a look and advise what might goes wrong?

    Hi Allan,

    What is the value of EN at the marked region?

    OVLO works based on the comparator at the ENb/OVLO pin in this device. If the voltage level is below the threshold 1.2V typical and 1.27V max, the OVLO won't trigger. This looks like the case here.
