Hi,
How should the power loss of this IC be calculated?
I am using it for DDR4 Addr/Cmd/Control VTT termination voltage application.
Load current is 0.577A, VIN (Pin10) voltage is 2.5V, VO (Pin3) output voltage is 0.6V
So, will the power loss be (2.5-0.6)*0.577 i.e. 1.1W?
This seems to be on a higher side.
Or is there a different way to calculate power loss for this IC?

Hi Nandini,
The datasheet has a section about power dissipation shown below:
There are more details related to the package maximum power dissipation below this excerpt in the datasheet.
Note that you should be using VLDOIN (pin 2) instead of VIN (pin 10) for this calculation.
You can improve the power dissipation by using a VLDOIN voltage closer to the VO voltage (VO).
