How do we decide "LMAG, RPAR, CPAR, LMAG2, RPAR2, LMAG3, and RPAR3" defined in TPSF12CX-MATHCAD nanocrystalline model?
I just uderstood we could refer to follwing link;

However, the link includes a lot of equivalanet circuit model and I am not sure which parameters shown in the link are corresponding to "LMAG, RPAR, CPAR, LMAG2, RMAG2, LMAG3, and RMAG3" shown in "TPSF12CX-MATHCAD". Could you navigate that?
