Hi team.

Can customer use TPS61194, TPS92380, TPS92381, TPS92390 for below condition?

VIN = 16.5V +/- 10%, LED in series: 5 WLED?

I think there is variation of LED and it can't be boost operation if the VIN is 18.15(16.5+10%). I don't know whether it cause the constant current sinking or not. Also my another concern is maximum duty. 

Could you advise the solution? There can be 5V rail stepped down from 16.5V +/- 10%.
