Hi!

Our design use TPS65994BH control two type c port( one port is Thunderbolt ,another port is DP).Our customer find the problem that use the DP to HDMI dongle,external monitor no display.

DP port solution is TPS65994BH + ANX 7443( Mux).Attache file is CC log.Could you help to the PD entered ALT mode after analyzing it?

Hi,

Is the MUX controlled by GPIO or I2C? if it controlled by GPIO please capture the GPIO signals and if it is controlled by I2C please capture the I2C transaction between PD and MUX.
